Reducing friction in activation journey

Redesigned the activation flow to reduce friction, improve visual consistency, and guide users through a clearer step-by-step experience.
Context

The existing experience had several usability and visual issues.
Users were unsure how many steps were required.
The progress indicator was difficult to notice.
Auto-renewal enrollment was low.
The interface no longer aligned with the latest brand.

Key Insight

Users didn't need more instructions—they needed reassurance
that they were making progress.

Decision

Combine 3 screens into a single page, avoid jumping from page to page. Clear step instructions, and what you would receive, and what you have completed in every steps.

Scrub the unnecessary visual interruption that create friction. remove the background image and icons.
Using the same color of different tint to identify the steps to keep the visual simple and consistence.
Content hierarchy to guide the users the most important and what they should focus on.
